Every now then we'll post some new works that we have for sale. These works are typically already made and are not something we make regularly. If you are interested in one of these works, please call us for more information.

Signed Arnold Palmer

One of a kind piece. One of our photos of Arnold while playing in Augusta. Arnold signed this for us while playing golf on the weekend of his 80th birthday this year. Arnie has one of our prints hanging in his personal office and we wanted to make this print avaiable to the public.

The image itself was taken from a 4x5 negative. It was taken by Mr. Cross in 1956. It is gallery wrapped and is 40 inches tall by 25 inches wide. It's 3.25 inches deep.

We have this piece in the office, please call us if you are interested in purchasing.

Augusta Country Club 1924 with Bobby Jones

Seeing this in person is surreal. This was taken in March of 1924 at the Augusta Country Club and is not one of our negatives. We have a limited amount of prints that we can produce of this and we spent at least 6 hours in retouching time on the image. The image has the two Americans (One being Jones) versus the two Europeans in the game of golf. The image was flawed as the film got wrinkled at some point leaving 2 large black stripes in the image. More importantly, the art of making film in 1924 was not perfected. Keeping that in mind, the consistancy of silver nitrate flakes create patterns of grain that we are used to seeing for any given film speed didn't really exist.... this project demostrated the inconsistency of flake size. This created a suitable problem for details (which we like). The detail in the faces had bright and dark spots. So, on most detailed faces we went in and balanced the grain. A true masterpiece.

This image is 26 inches tall, 96 inches wide, 3 inches deep and gallery wrapped, if you'd like to own it, this print is for sale to the public. So give us a call.
